Hello everyone, I hope you're having a wonderful week so far!
Today I'm writing to share with you my latest purchase: high-waist leather shorts. When I was younger the fashion in my home town was to wear jeans/shorts/trousers with the lowest waist possible. And to have high-waist clothes was considered very old-fashion and ugly. I remember that I searched with hours to find a pair of jeans that does not have high waist. Now when I reminisce, I see how my taste has changed through the years and how I'm now looking for things, that I used to dislike so much . And that's a good thing actually, because the changes in style and taste show that your personality has developed and you are growing up. :)
However, let's talk about my outfit. I never thought that a high waist would look so good and will underline and compliment a woman's body in such way. Shorts are not the best winter piece, but when combined with warm tights and over the knee socks, they can turn out to be a good combination. As strange as it might seem, I discovered that thicker pair of leggins or tights can keep you warmer that a pair of jeans. (or at least that applies to the winter weather in Holland and Bulgaria) What do you think about that?
I also decided to wear my burgundy fluffy collar that is a present from my boyfriend and looks very well. The final piece is my purple bag. I really like how it looks, but I don't wear it a lot since it does not have any pockets in it and I should just dig for my stuff whenever I need them. (It's hard enough with my more organized bags, so why make it harder? )
I would love to read what you think about this outfit in the comment section below. I wish you all a great rest of the week. :)
